COMPANY POLICIES
I worked for many years in the corporate world and received many accolades (performance bonuses, etc.). In so doing I subscribed to a Code of Ethics in many different environments. When working in the investment environment I had to acknowledge the prohibition on Insider Trading based upon non-public knowledge. I had to subscribe to privacy policies. Therefore, I am aware of many of the ethical and professional issues that are involved in business relations. FOUR POINT OH! is as follows:
MISSION
Provide high quality services and products to its customers based upon years of academic and workplace experience. We realize that the demand for our products is what Economists call "derived"; that is it is contingent upon the demand for other business products that make our services and products valuable. We aim to see FOUR POINT OH! prosper by involvement in the community we live in. We realize that effective relationships (business or otherwise) depend upon trust; communication; and dependability. These attributes will be brought to the table every time we serve you.
CODE OF CONDUCT
FOUR POINT OH! WILL:
Always respond to customer inquiries with earnestness and cordiality. We acknowledge that our customers represent people not inventory.
Always listen to our customers' requests. We might advise on courses of action but never impose our will or demands on you.
Always try to provide only the services and products that will best serve our customer(s) needs. We will not recommend actions that only enhance our bottom line without advancing yours.
Never send out electronic transmissions with attachments unless the customer requests them. And if we do, we always have the latest virus protections via live-updates. We screen our in-coming, out-going and resident files.
Never charge for services not provided or embellish those actually provided.
Always work to benefit our customers operating environment first and charge for services second.
In accordance with AICPA rules: Objectivity and Independence.
