outlines for estimation. Actual quotes
would be based upon consultation with the client. There would be a one hour minimum for hourly
rates. Clients would receive a report of
times spent on their projects. Rates or fees
for long term assignments are negotiable. Your times will never be confused
with someone else since I use an ACCESS database to track project times.
